2Description of Service
We provide a free, browser-based image compression tool that processes images entirely on your local device using the HTML5 Canvas API. The service is offered at no charge and without any requirement to register or create an account. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service. We reserve the right to modify the features, functionality, or availability of the service at any time and for any reason, including discontinuing the service entirely, without prior notice or liability to you.
3Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You are strictly prohibited from using this tool to process any images that: (a) are illegal under applicable local, national, or international law; (b) depict or promote violence, abuse, exploitation, or any harm to minors; (c) contain content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party; (d) are classified, confidential, or otherwise subject to legal restrictions on distribution; or (e) constitute highly sensitive personal data such as government-issued identity documents without proper authorization. We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim all liability arising from, any content processed by users through this service.
4Intellectual Property & Image Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights over every image you process using this tool. We make no claim of ownership, license, or rights over any image processed through our service. Because all processing occurs locally on your device and no image data is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers, we have no access to your content whatsoever. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all original and processed image files. We do not retain copies of any files you process, and we accept no liability for any loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of your image files.
5Service Modifications & Availability
This service is provided on a voluntary, free-of-charge basis. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time without prior notice, to: modify, update, or change any aspect of the service or these Terms of Service; temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the service or any feature thereof; impose usage limits or restrictions; or remove access for any individual user for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
6Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or free of other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any compressed image output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. 8Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. By using this service, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such jurisdiction.
